The Opportunity:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate full-time Service Advisor to join our winning team in Paradise, SA. Please note that your work hours are Monday - Friday plus rotational Saturday shifts.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring high-level customer satisfaction and building strong relationships
• Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email and in person
• Scheduling daily maintenance/repair bookings
• Liaise with workshop staff to ensure work is completed in a timely manner
• Prepare daily repair orders
• Move vehicles on-site to dedicated parking areas
• Ad hoc duties as instructed by management

You will be great in this role because:

• You have highly developed organisational and time management skills
• Strong commitment and dedication towards a process-driven environment
• Current driver's licence
• Experience working with Dealer Management Systems

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and presentable individual with significant experience working as a Service Advisor in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership. You will also be someone who has exceptional communication skills and who can build strong relationships with clients and other members of the team. 

Above all, you will be a patient and adaptable professional with strong customer service skills and the ability to work with conflicting deadlines and commitments.
