Experienced New-Car Sales Consultant

The Opportunity:

Paradise Mazda is a well-respected South Australian family owned and operated, high volume Mazda dealership.  We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate full-time Experienced New Car Sales consultant to join our New Car Sales team in Paradise, SA.  If you are a customer-focused individual with a drive for excellence who loves building relationships with people, we want to hear from you.  This is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of a family-oriented team of professionals committed to delivering fantastic outcomes for our customers.

Please note that your work hours are Monday to Saturday, with a rostered day off each week. 

Responsibilities include:

• Reporting to the New Car Sales Manager.
• Meet and exceed dealership KPIs set for new vehicle sales (including, volume, gross and accessory sales)
• Promoting aftermarket, finance and insurance products.
• Liaise with F/I and Aftermarket departments as required
• Ensure that all benchmarks required my Mazda are met
• Providing exceptional customer service through Mazda's “Ultimate Customer Experience” and "Mazda Mindset"
• Ensuring high-level customer satisfaction by building strong relationships
• Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email and in person
• Ad hoc duties as instructed by management

You will be great in this role because:

• You have significant experience (5 years plus) in vehicle sales
• You have exceptional interpersonal skillsets
• You have highly developed organisational and time management skills
• Strong commitment and dedication towards a process-driven environment
• Current driver's licence
• Experience working with Dealer Management Systems
