The Opportunity:

We are looking for a customer concierge who will also take on the role of front of house receptionist.  You will be the first point of contact for our company. Our receptionist’s duties include serving our customers in the customer lounge and offering administrative support across the organisation.  You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

To be successful in this role, you will be entirely customer focused with a pleasant, bubbly personality. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage all aspects of the customer lounge including:
    • Serve customers in the customer lounge, including hot and cold drinks and snacks
    • Order customer lounge supplies and keep inventory of stock
    • Keep updated records of all expenses relating to the customer lounge
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
    • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
    • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties as requested by management

You will be great in this role because:

  • You have outstanding interpersonal skills
  • You have a strong commitment towards internal processes
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, Concierge or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using industrial coffee machine - Nespresso
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Customer service focus
  • Strong commitment and dedication towards a customer focused environment
